Protsy User Guide

Protsy is an AI-powered listing management tool for Etsy (and Shopify) sellers. The basic workflow is simple: AI prepares it, you review and approve it, and the product goes to your store. No listing is ever published without your approval.

This guide was written so that a seller opening Protsy for the first time can do everything on their own, from connecting their store to tracking order profit.

Where should I start?

  1. Getting started: Create an account, choose your plan, connect your Etsy store, and set your store type (Physical, POD, or Mixed).
  2. Dashboard and Settings: Set your store language, currency, pricing parameters, and shipping profiles.
  3. Templates: Create a listing template for the product type you sell most often. Every listing after that comes together much faster from the template.
  4. Listings: Create your first listing with AI, review it in the editor, and publish it.
