We want every Protsy subscription to feel like a fair deal. Here is what to expect.
Free trial
Every paid plan begins with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You only pay if you choose to continue after the trial ends.
Subscription payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Because you have access to the full plan from the moment payment is processed, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged in error, or if a technical problem on our end prevented you from using the service, please email support@protsy.io within 14 days of the charge. We review every request and will issue a refund where it is fair to do so.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then. No cancellation fees.
AI credits
Credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been consumed. Unused credits in a cancelled subscription are forfeited at the end of the billing period. Credits never expire as long as your subscription is active.
