Data Deletion Request

You can request the deletion of your Protsy account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this:
Delete from the app
Sign in to Protsy, go to Account → Danger Zone, and click "Delete account". This immediately and permanently removes your account, connected stores, drafts, generated images, and reports.
Request by email
If you cannot sign in, email support@protsy.io with the subject "Data deletion request" and the email address linked to your account. We will confirm deletion within 7 business days.
After deletion, your data is removed from our active systems within 30 days. Encrypted backups are purged on their regular rotation schedule (within 90 days).
